First Steps for Care Partners in Russian

Virtual Education Series

All 4 sessions will be facilitated in Russian language using a live video conferencing platform called Zoom. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Caregivers

Register for the virtual program starting Oct. 6.


Caring for a family member with dementia can be a stressful experience and can lead to chronic physical and pyschological conditions. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based approach for managing stress. Participants will learn mindfulness practices and tools for reducing stress and fostering well-being.
